The Mk2 series is Venco's most popular range of pugmills for professional and home potters. This well-proven design (over 8500 manufactured) is distributed to more than 30 countries worldwide. The Mk2 range comprises three different capacity units. They are primarily used to re-claim moist scrap and de-air clay prior to use.

The common feature of the Mk2 range is the double helix, stainless steel, auger driven by a high- quality industrial gearmotor. The heavy-duty barrels are cast from corrosion resistant, marine-grade aluminum to ensure a long and trouble free service life. A 3-year warranty is offered on the entire Mk2 range.

Each of the three models come standard with a stainless steel safety grille (CE certified) mounted in the feed hopper. Deairing models come with a reliable, high performance, vacuum pump fitted with a dirt/water filter to effectively de-air clay to a very high standard. Stainless-steel mesh shredder screens are used (not simple perforated-plate style screens) for lower processing resistance, hence allowing reduced motor capacity for economical operation.

MK2 De-Air Upgrade Kit

*DE-AIR UPGRADE KIT FOR 75mm STANDARD PUGMILL
Kit contains all components required for upgrading, including a specially designed , stainless steel, de-airing auger, vacuum pump, shredder screen and associated vacuum fittings and gaskets.

Takes approximately one hour to do the full conversion, basic mechanical skills required.
